End-User License Agreement (EULA) For Freeware

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This ZS End-User License Agreement 
(''EULA'') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a 
single entity) and ZS for the Zem Soft accompanying this EULA, which 
includes computer software and may include associated media, printed 
materials, and ''online'' or electronic documentation (''SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT''). 

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, 
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License 
Agreement, Zem Soft grants you the right to use the Software in the 
manner provided below.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, 
you are to promptly delete each and any copy of the Software from 
your computer(s).

This is a freeware product. It reclaims all the freeware laws to 
protect it's registration.

Because it is a freeware product you can do the following things-
 	
     » You can distribute it freely to your friends and other 
        known persons.
     » You can make any number of backup copies of this free 
         software for personal use. 
     
This software is protected under the international freeware law 
of treaties. By distributing or copying this product commercially 
will break the laws. At the time of using this software you 
can't do-

      » Attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble 
         the Software in whole or in part. 
      » Run the Software under a debugger or similar tool allowing 
         you to inspect the inner workings of the Software.
      » Rent, sell or copy to someone for commercial purposes.
	
By obeying these rules you can safely use this software. 

COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, 
animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated 
into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),the accompanying printed 
materials and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are 
owned by ZS or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is 
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 

Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any 
other copyrighted material.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT 
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ZS IS NOT 
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF DAMAGE PRODUCED 
WITH IT. SO USE THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY 
USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT,YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT 
ALL LIABILITY REGARDING IT'S USE OR MISUSE.

ZS reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate any 
or all of the terms of this license agreement, without prior notice.
